First off, I got an AC room at relatively reasonable rate. We were to stay only for 12 hours. Hotel ensured that it became a 14 hour stay. Reach the hotel at 8 pm and planned to leave at 8 am next morning. Called up reception for tea at 7 am. Reply- "Tea will be available only after 8 am". It arrived at 8:30 along with toast sandwich we had ordered. Tea was nice, but we couldnt leave at 8, instead left at 10 am. Diu sleeps early, wakes up late. Next, room was spacious enough and hygienic enough. If you plan to stay with family/female individuals, please do some research online before just heading to this hotel. Parking is not available, I was asked to part at an open plot opposite the hotel.

I visited diu in march. I booked hotel via MakeMyTrip. but there was no any manager at that time so other staff member replied without any cross check that is no room available and there is no any booking. They wasted 2 hours to confirm my booking. Room was not clean with best effort but okay I was not in a mood to complain. My booking was with Breakfast but as they eat my morning was not able to take breakfast as per rules after 11:00 AM they do not allow Breakfast and no Evening Breakfast.

Most pathetic hotel I have ever been all false description of hotel on sites poor Staff no room service dirty rooms and bathroom water some times comes in bathroom smelling rooms AVOID AVOID AVIOD DONT TRY FOR FREE ALSO WILL SPOIL YOUR TRIP

I have visited here with friends today. It was one of the worst experience of my life, dont book this hotel. Hotel management is just money seekers. I ordered my dinner from room it comes after one hour that too without serving plate n spoon i called to receptionist they just denied, they said we do not have. In the morning when i call for room cleaning staff was reacted like i ordered him to clean the whole city. Hotel management's policy is book the room at cheap rate and charge heavy amount for other facilities like liquors and dining

Please do not stay ever here. Less educated staff and manager . We asked for extra glass in the room and they refused to give glass they said we dont provide extra glass. Least Food preparation time is 1.5 hrs and tea making time is 30-40 mins i.e. after calling 4-5 times. Water is not available in washroom.
